Emirates Compaction Technologies manufactures TD touch-down waste compactors in the UAE. To grow our market share with waste collection companies, facility managers, developers and municipalities, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows the UAE market inside out.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for waste compactors across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates
- Build and manage a pipeline of waste collection companies, FM companies, developers, contractors and government entities
- Prepare proposals, quotations and lease offers, and negotiate contracts through to closing
- Grow our B2B partner network with collection companies and body builders
- Represent the company at trade shows, site visits and client meetings
- Report on pipeline, forecasts and market developments to management
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE
- Experience in waste management, capital equipment, construction or facility management
- Existing network among UAE contractors, FM companies or waste collection companies is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting targets and closing complex deals
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence
